It has a fresh fragrance and the Tris-EDTA: antibacterial action and enhances the effects of medical treatments.Other ingredients: PCMX: antiseptic and helps to balance microbial flora in the ear. Salicylic acid: eliminates dead skin cells and excess ear wax. Docusate sodium: a cleaning agent.
